Platform Kullanım Koşulları

1. Taraflar ve Kapsam
İşbu kullanım koşulları, Sodalis Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Platform İşletmecisi") tarafından turkisholiveoils.net adresi üzerinden sunulan B2B zeytinyağı tedarik platformunun ("Platform") kullanımına ilişkin şartları düzenlemektedir. Platforma kayıt olan veya platformu kullanan tüm gerçek ve tüzel kişiler — tedarikçiler, markalar ve uluslararası alıcılar dahil — ("Kullanıcılar") işbu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılır.
2. Platformun Amacı
Platform, Türk zeytinyağı tedarikçileri, markaları ve uluslararası alıcıları bir araya getiren bir B2B eşleştirme ve tedarik yönetimi hizmetidir. Platform: • Tedarikçilerin stok bilgilerini paylaşmasına • Markaların tedarikçi stoklarını incelemesine ve teklif talep etmesine • Uluslararası alıcıların Türk zeytinyağı markalarını keşfetmesine ve teklif talep etmesine • Platform İşletmecisi aracılığıyla taraflar arası iletişimin kolaylaştırılmasına olanak sağlar.
3. Üyelik ve Hesap Güvenliği
• Üyelik için doğru ve güncel bilgi verilmesi zorunludur. • Her kullanıcı yalnızca bir hesap açabilir. • Hesap bilgilerinin gizliliğinden kullanıcı sorumludur. • Platform, üyelik başvurularını onaylama veya reddetme hakkını saklı tutar. • Uygunsuz davranış tespit edilen hesaplar askıya alınabilir veya silinebilir.
4. Tedarikçi Yükümlülükleri
Tedarikçiler: • Paylaştıkları stok bilgilerinin doğru ve güncel olmasını sağlamakla yükümlüdür. • Fiyat, miktar ve ürün spesifikasyonlarını dürüst şekilde beyan etmelidir. • Sertifika ve analiz raporlarının geçerliliğinden sorumludur. • Platform üzerinden aldıkları teklif taleplerini makul sürede yanıtlamalıdır.
5. Marka Yükümlülükleri
Markalar: • Teklif taleplerini gerçek ticari niyetle göndermekle yükümlüdür. • Tedarikçi ve alıcı bilgilerini yalnızca platform kapsamında kullanmalıdır. • Tedarikçi iletişim bilgilerini üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmamalıdır. • Değerlendirme ve yorumları dürüst ve adil şekilde yapmalıdır. • Platform aracılığıyla gerçekleşen uluslararası satışlardan doğan platform hizmet bedellerini zamanında ödemekle yükümlüdür.
6. Uluslararası Alıcı Yükümlülükleri
Uluslararası alıcılar (ithalatçılar, distribütörler, HoReCa alıcıları ve diğer yurt dışı merkezli ticari kuruluşlar): • Teklif taleplerini gerçek ticari niyetle göndermekle yükümlüdür. • Platform aracılığıyla erişilen marka ve tedarikçi bilgilerini yalnızca platform kapsamında kullanmalıdır. • Platform üzerinden tanıştığı marka veya tedarikçilerle platformu devre dışı bırakarak doğrudan ticari ilişki kurmamalıdır. • Platformdan aldığı teklifleri, fiyat bilgilerini ve ticari koşulları gizli tutmalı, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmamalıdır. • Kendi ülkesindeki ithalat düzenlemeleri, gümrük prosedürleri ve gıda güvenliği mevzuatına uygunluğu sağlamakla kendisi sorumludur. • Platform İşletmecisi, alıcının ülkesindeki düzenleyici gerekliliklerin karşılanmasından sorumlu tutulamaz.
7. Ücretlendirme
• Markalar: Platforma kayıt ve kullanım tamamen ücretsizdir; herhangi bir abonelik veya üyelik ücreti alınmaz. Yalnızca platform aracılığıyla gerçekleşen uluslararası satışlarda platform hizmet bedeli uygulanır. Detaylar marka üyelik sözleşmesinde belirtilir. • Tedarikçiler: Platforma kayıt ve kullanım ücretsizdir. Platform üzerinden gerçekleşen satışlarda platform hizmet bedeli uygulanır. Detaylar tedarikçi üyelik sözleşmesinde belirtilir. • Uluslararası Alıcılar: Platform kullanımı ve teklif talebi tamamen ücretsizdir. Alıcılardan hiçbir komisyon, hizmet bedeli veya ücret talep edilmez. • Platform İşletmecisi, ücretlendirme politikasını önceden duyurarak değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
8. Platform Dışı İletişim Yasağı
Kullanıcılar, platform aracılığıyla tanıştıkları diğer kullanıcılarla platformu devre dışı bırakarak doğrudan ticari ilişki kuramaz. Bu yasak, ilk temasın platform üzerinden gerçekleştiği tüm taraflar için geçerlidir. Bu hükmün ihlali halinde Platform İşletmecisi, ilgili hesapları askıya alma veya silme ve uğradığı zararın tazminini talep etme hakkını saklı tutar.
9. Fikri Mülkiyet
Platform üzerindeki tüm içerik, tasarım, logo, yazılım ve veritabanı Platform İşletmecisi'nin fikri mülkiyetindedir. Kullanıcılar tarafından yüklenen içeriklerin fikri mülkiyet hakları ilgili kullanıcılara aittir; ancak kullanıcılar platform kapsamında kullanım lisansı vermiş sayılır.
10. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Platform İşletmecisi: • Tedarikçi, marka ve uluslararası alıcılar arasındaki ticari ilişkilerden sorumlu değildir. • Kullanıcıların paylaştığı bilgilerin doğruluğunu garanti etmez. • Ürün kalitesi, teslimat, ödeme ve diğer ticari yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesinden sorumlu tutulamaz. • Platform üzerinden gerçekleştirilen işlemlerden doğan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. • Teknik aksaklıklar veya bakım çalışmalarından kaynaklanan kesintiler için sorumluluk kabul etmez. • Uluslararası ticaretten kaynaklanan gümrük, vergi, navlun, sigorta ve düzenleyici uyumluluk konularında sorumluluk kabul etmez; bu yükümlülükler ilgili taraflara aittir.
11. Kişisel Verilerin Korunması
Kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin detaylı bilgi için Gizlilik Politikası sayfamızı inceleyiniz. Platform, 6698 sayılı KVKK ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak kişisel verileri işlemektedir. Uluslararası kullanıcıların kişisel verileri, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mevzuatı çerçevesinde işlenir ve korunur. AB vatandaşları için GDPR kapsamındaki haklar, ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde saklıdır.
12. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü
İşbu koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde İzmir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Uluslararası kullanıcılar, platforma kayıt olarak işbu yetki şartını kabul etmiş sayılır. Taraflar, uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde öncelikle dostane müzakere yoluna başvurmayı taahhüt eder.
13. Değişiklikler
Platform İşletmecisi, işbu kullanım koşullarını önceden bildirimde bulunarak değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Güncel koşullar her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır. İletişim: sales@turkisholiveoils.net
Platform Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope
These terms of use govern the use of the B2B olive oil sourcing platform ("Platform") operated by Sodalis Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Platform Operator") at turkisholiveoils.net. All natural and legal persons who register on or use the Platform — including suppliers, brands, and international buyers — ("Users") are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform is a B2B matching and supply chain management service that connects Turkish olive oil suppliers, brands, and international buyers. The Platform enables: • Suppliers to share their stock information • Brands to review supplier stocks and request quotes • International buyers to discover Turkish olive oil brands and request quotes • Facilitation of communication between parties through the Platform Operator
3. Membership and Account Security
• Accurate and up-to-date information is required for membership. • Each user may only create one account. • Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their account credentials. • The Platform reserves the right to approve or reject membership applications. • Accounts found engaging in inappropriate behavior may be suspended or deleted.
4. Supplier Obligations
Suppliers: • Are obligated to ensure that the stock information they share is accurate and up-to-date. • Must honestly declare prices, quantities, and product specifications. • Are responsible for the validity of certificates and analysis reports. • Should respond to quote requests received through the Platform within a reasonable time.
5. Brand Obligations
Brands: • Are obligated to send quote requests with genuine commercial intent. • Must use supplier and buyer information only within the scope of the Platform. • Must not share supplier contact information with third parties. • Must make reviews and comments honestly and fairly. • Are obligated to pay platform service fees arising from international sales completed through the Platform in a timely manner.
6. International Buyer Obligations
International buyers (importers, distributors, HoReCa buyers, and other foreign-based commercial entities): • Are obligated to submit quote requests with genuine commercial intent. • Must use brand and supplier information accessed through the Platform only within the scope of the Platform. • Must not establish direct commercial relationships with brands or suppliers introduced through the Platform by bypassing the Platform. • Must keep all quotes, pricing information, and commercial terms received through the Platform confidential and must not share them with third parties. • Are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations, customs procedures, and food safety legislation in their own country. • The Platform Operator cannot be held responsible for meeting regulatory requirements in the buyer's jurisdiction.
7. Pricing
• Brands: Platform registration and usage is completely free of charge. No subscription or membership fee is charged. A platform service fee applies only on international sales completed through the Platform. Details are specified in the brand membership agreement. • Suppliers: Platform registration and usage is free of charge. A platform service fee applies on sales completed through the Platform. Details are specified in the supplier membership agreement. • International Buyers: Platform usage and quote requests are completely free of charge. No commission, service fee, or charge of any kind is applied to buyers. • The Platform Operator reserves the right to change pricing policies with prior notice.
8. Prohibition of Off-Platform Communication
Users may not establish direct commercial relationships with other users they have been introduced to through the Platform by bypassing the Platform. This prohibition applies to all parties where initial contact was made through the Platform. In the event of a violation of this provision, the Platform Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete the relevant accounts and to claim compensation for damages incurred.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, software, and databases on the Platform are the intellectual property of the Platform Operator. Intellectual property rights of content uploaded by users belong to the respective users; however, users are deemed to have granted a usage license within the scope of the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform Operator: • Is not responsible for commercial relationships between suppliers, brands, and international buyers. • Does not guarantee the accuracy of information shared by users. • Cannot be held liable for product quality, delivery, payment, or the fulfillment of other commercial obligations. • Cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from transactions conducted through the Platform. • Does not accept responsibility for interruptions caused by technical issues or maintenance work. • Does not accept liability for customs, tax, freight, insurance, and regulatory compliance matters arising from international trade; such obligations belong to the respective parties.
11. Personal Data Protection

The Platform processes personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and applicable regulations. Personal data of international users is processed and protected within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Rights under GDPR for EU citizens are reserved within the scope of applicable legislation.
12. Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes arising from these terms. Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes. International users are deemed to have accepted this jurisdiction clause by registering on the Platform. The parties undertake to first attempt amicable negotiation for the resolution of disputes.
13. Changes
